Boundaries

Boundaries define Saskatchewan’s constituencies or electoral districts. Pursuant to The Constituency Boundaries Act, 1993, a Constituency Boundaries Commission is appointed every 10 years following the release of census data by Statistics Canada. The mandate of the Commission is to redraw the provincial constituency boundaries to ensure every constituency has roughly the same number of voters. The Commission’s final report was tabled in the Saskatchewan Legislature on October 27, 2022.The new constituencies came into effect at the time of the last provincial election, October 28, 2024.
